Refund Policy

TG Macro offers financial market insights and related services through various subscription plans. Due to the nature of our digital content and services, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds unless explicitly stated otherwise in this policy.

2. Subscription Services

No Refunds for Any Subscriptions: Once a subscription payment is processed, no refunds will be issued.
Upgrades and Downgrades: Subscribers may upgrade or downgrade between TG Macro products. Any balance will be adjusted on a pro-rata basis and applied to the new subscription.
Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your subscription before its expiration, you will still receive access and benefits until the end of your subscription term. No partial refunds will be provided.

3. One-Time Purchases (Webinars, Reports, etc.)

All one-time purchases, including webinars, reports, and market insights, are non-refundable once access has been granted.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may be granted in limited cases at our sole discretion, such as:

Duplicate charges due to a billing error.
Fraudulent transactions (must be reported within 7 days).

5. How to Cancel a Subscription

To cancel your subscription and prevent future billing:

Log into your TG Macro account.
Navigate to the Billing/Subscription section.
Follow the cancellation instructions provided.

Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access until the subscription period expires.

6. Changes to This Policy

TG Macro reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised Effective Date.
